Bessie and Myrtle have been friends for many years.  One day Bessie says to Myrtle, “You have such soft beautiful skin!  How do you do it?” 
“I take milk baths,” says Myrtle.
“Really?  Is it pasteurized?”
“No,” says Myrtle, pointing to her waist.  “Just up to here.”
