We never tire seeing beautiful blossoms, do we --

LAWS OF THE NATURAL UNIVERSE

Murphy's Law of Lockers:
If there are only two people in a locker room, they will have adjacent lockers.

Law of Dirty Rugs/Carpets:
The chances of an open-faced jelly sandwich landing face down on a floor covering are directly correlated to the newness and cost of the carpet/rug.

Law of Location:
No matter where you go, there you are.

Variation Law:
If you change lanes (traffic lanes), the one you were in will start to  move faster than the one you are in now (works every time).  *See below

Brown's Law:
If the shoe fits, it's really ugly.

Oliver's Law:
A closed mouth gathers no feet.

Wilson's Law:
As soon as you find a product that you really like, they will stop making it.

*That one reminds me of a little rhyme --

It happens to me every time,
Every lane moves but the one where I'm.

  1. I want to know what that first one is. Clearly a fruit tree--see those stems on those flowers, and those leaves? But what kind, I don't know. I know some peaches have doubled flowers, and the leaves match my peaches, but I dunno. Pretty, anyway.

  2. There are a lot of rhododendrons in bloom here now.
