The picture is of a rock formation near a lake in Burma . The photo can only be taken on a specific day once a year when the sun rays touch the rocks at certain angle.
Tilt your head to the left and then look at it again.
Did you notice anything different? Yes or no? Now the whole scene will turn vertical.

Maybe I better not comment after all. I saw just the first picture and thought it looked like something down at water's edge, fingers showing to the left, blowing bubbles. Not very reverent of me now that I see the rest.
