SEA LIFE, Part 2

Here are some more creatures of the deep, and perhaps not so very deep.  One thing that astonishes me is the range and brightness of color.  No comments necessary, and I don't know what many of these creatures are called, but I especially like the purple seahorses, about the ninth pic down.














































































Humor -

One girlfriend at university went on an unsuccessful zoology expedition to find a rare toad, I told her it was a case of "Gone but not frog-gotten.

The small crowd watched for 15 minutes while the surf fishing man struggled to haul in something big.  The drama ended when his catch turned out to be a waterlogged 4x4.  Then one of the onlookers called out, “What did you use for bait?  Your Home Depot card?”

    personally, i am a big fan of sea turtles so i like the 2nd photo...it really is time for me to go back to the Monterrey Bay Aquarium.

    Those purple seahorses are magical, or maybe "mythical" would suit. (My daughter jokes with the collie:"You have the head of a dog and the body of a dog. You're like some mythical creature.")
