BOAT NAMES

Thanks to the Troldahl's we have a few more clever boat names.  They supplied the names, and I found a few boats that probably don't match the names.  Oh, well...


 Barque





Hang on Sloopy
(at least that's not Sloppy)





Ketch as Ketch Can




Schooner or Later


And one that just occurred to me:

           The math teacher's boat --  A + B = Sea


Everybody needs a work-out program.

This should be passed on and   especially, to all those who are 50 years and older.

Cardiovascular Exercise
The older we get, the more important it is to incorporate more exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to  maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.  If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.

Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise  program!
