WOT DAT?

There was a column headline in this morning's paper --

           DIYers (something about doing something wrong)

So what is DIY?
Drop In Yakkers?
Do It Yesterday?
Done In Young'uns?

I have a sneaking suspicion it is none of those, but I really don't know.
Anybody have any ideas?
