WHERE THERE’S A WILL ...

A cheeky and clever canine fancies a treat and will plan any route possible to achieve the goal - something to make you smile.

Phase one is to form an impromptu ladder using drawers to gain access to the work surface.
The dog stands on his hind legs and uses his paws to open a drawer.

He then jumps into the drawer, finds his balance, and slowly but surely opens another drawer, and jumps into it.

From there, he turns around and heads over to the sink. Then the dog walks over and opens the cupboard with his left paw. If we were writing a detective story about this,we might title it The SouthPaw thief.

Now really excited, he stands on his hind legs and sticks his head into the cupboard for a good look around. Too bad his head is out of the picture.

  1. Looks like the owner set up a motion-detector-activated camera to figure out how his dog was getting away with what it was doing. Smart dog!

  2. I had pet ferrets who could climb up drawers. And last night, the collie moved the chair and bin that were blocking the dining room door so she could get out of the kitchen (no time to explain now, but she gets ONE chance to wake me up and go out, then she gets locked in the kitchen. Last night, she created two--don't panic, she's fine and was asleep in the morning but I'm NOT going to keep getting up in the night. But those collies are clever.)
