NORTHERN LIGHTS

I've never seen the northern lights in person, but they are spectacular even in photographs.  The third and seventh look to me like green fire.

    Someday... Those shots are beautiful. I can only imagine what it would be like to see that going on in person.

    I was lucky enough to see them a few times when I was an exchange student to northern Sweden. They are magical. The second photo resembles where I would go cross country skiing every afternoon. There was snow on the ground from October to Easter that extremely snowy year.
